About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

PASSPORT RENEWAL AND VISA EXTENSION

Hello Maam/Sir Happy New Year... I have a problem regarding my PASSPORT., : my passport will expires on July2014 (about 6 months upon expiration) so i need to renew it., but the problem is my VISA(expires on March2014 and needed to extend again for another months) I am a Filipino musician here in China., My question is., If i go Tomorrow(8 January 2014) to renew my PASSPORT (it takes 60 days for processing) Can i still use my old Passport to apply working visa extension., because that time (MARCH) my working visa is about to expire., until i get my RENEW PASSPORT? Please advice sir/maam., i have sleepless nights searching for advice... Thank You... GOD bless

I think you should contact your embassy in PRC and learn about details on passport renewal. Meanwhile, you should go to the local entry and exit adminstration bureau to get details on extension.
