visit Guangzhou between 10th Feb. till 20th Feb, will shops open?

I am planning to visit Guangzhou for shopping and buying home product and furniture on Feb. for 10 days, will the shops and factories open between 10th Feb. till 20th Feb?

Generally, yes. Chinese Spring Festival Holiday will end on Feb. 6, 2014. After that, the shops and factories will gradually open to operate as usual.
