About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

It's possoble to make visa from Hong kong?

I'm malaysia passport holder and living in Sweden with permanent residence. I want to visit china via Hongkong.

I think it's better for you to apply one in Sweden before you go to PRC. The latest rule says the applicants who apply in HK must provide their HK resident status.
