Client arriving at Shanghai Pudong in Business Class on Delta Airlines. They are transit passengers.

Continuing on with China Eastern to Siem Reap Cambodia.
How do they collect bags and transit without visa

Then here is the transit procedure:
1. Arrival
2. International Arrival Access
3. Joint Inspection - Quarantine - Go Through Immigration
4. Luggage Claim
5. International Arrival Hall
6. Go to 3F for boarding
The guiding signs are pretty cler for their transit and if there is still any problem, you can dial 021-96990 to consult.
