What mean's opening and why this status is so long time? my tracking number RA612786373CN

It is strange that on Dec 21, it was delivered to the Beijing airport, but on Dec. 23, it was under opening and dispatching. In my opinion, it is suggested to wait for a while. If no information was updated, you may try to contact the seller to return money or so.
