Im from Philippines but I am here now at Austria with Schengen visa good for 90 days,my Schengen will expired next year of march, now we have plan for China trip and I want to know if its ok that I apply Visa here in Austria with my Austrian bf..

I think you should confirm this with the Chinese embassy in Austria. According to the newest rules, the applicants who apply in the third country must provide resident permits for employment or study or other valid legal status proof (visa). Tel of the consular department: 00431-7103648
