About:China Postal Service

is the following tracking number in my question a china post tracking

Is anyone able to tell me where my parcel is please tracking number RB517731263CN also Is this a china tracking number as was given this to track my item BJYW1332235 all other china tracking numbers I have had seems to start with RB or RC and end in CN

Thank you I thought it was not as all the others I have start different and end different seller is adimant for me to check china post thank you for your help
