yes, you can, but the tickets are available 20 days in advance, and tickets of many hot routes are usually sold out very soon, specially during travel peak seasons. so you'd better book them earilier. (the coming Spring Festival is a travel peak, and tickets are hard to get during the period).
you can pick them up the day before at the station with your valid passport and the order number.
