About:China Postal Service

Wrong address: The parcel left Brazil on tracking number: CP 472188 301 BR

Hi, my mother sent me a package from Brazil. On the brazilian postal service website says that the parcel arrived here a month ago. I just realised that the address I gave my mom had an uncorrected lane number. How can I contact the postal service to tell the right address? Thank you very much!

I think you may need to contact the local Post Office to ask whether this kind of problem can be solved.
Or you can wait for returning the parcel and then ask your mother to send you once again.

Hi Pat, thank you for your replay. I've been trying to contact the post office but unfortunately they will not pick up the phone or the number (from websites) will be wrong. Just hopping someone would know the right number to call.

From overseas, you should dial 86-11185 to contact China Post. Just try it!

Hi Luna, I tried this number from Shanghai.Had a message saying the number does not exist.
