About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

work visa from a third country

My Z type is expiring soon and my company would like to send me to their Danish offices for a while until the Z type application is complete and approved. However I have heard that since the new law has been put into place, we are only able to apply from either our home country if the Z type has expired or from PRC is the z type is still valid. Is anyone able to clarify this question for me?
Thank you.

Yes, I think you should apply for it in your own country. I don't know if your company confirms this with the Chinese embassy in Denmark. If not, better ask the Danish office if you can apply there.
