Is early morning travel on a Sunday via cab a problem in Beijing?

Hi! I am arranging travel for someone from Capital Normal University to BJ Capital International Airport. The flight leaves at 645am on Sunday morning. Is there any reason to think that getting reliable transportation via cab to the airport on that day at that hour will be a problem? Thank you in advance!

It will not be a problem and you do not need to worry about it.
The booking number is 96103 to book one in advance, so that you can catch the flight in time.
