VOA for Swedish citizen for Zhuhai

Hi there! There seems to have happened a lot in visa regulations lately. I am wondering how good my chances are to get a 3 day VOA for Zhuhai. I am a Swedish passport holder, and would be entering from Macau. I am very thankful for any answer!
