About:China Postal Service

No information about a parcel: RR461390380CN

Hi,
Its been another 21 days and STILL no package! I'm told still by post in Barbados the package is still in China. Could they be wrong? Please advise. Tracking no. is same: RR461390380CN

I appreciate your help.
