Hi, it will be pleasant, but a little wet, with frequent rainy days during that time. Although you are ok with the rainfall, it will be very busy then in the city, especially during May. 1-3, which will be during Chinese May Day Holiday. Personally, it won't be an ideal time to travel! If you don't mind, you can change your trip around mid May and do check the weather in advance.0

According to the past weather records, it will be hot in late May, with the highest temp of 32C (but you can bear that I bet) and there will be denser rainfall. In mid May, sunny or cloudy days would be the majority and the rainy days will just happen sometimes and during this period, the highest temp would be 28C, generally comfortable.
