In Taizhou. Leave for Shanghai for 4 pm tomorrow. Can we change to an earlier time tomorrow?

Yes, you can, but the best way is to go to change an earlier train at Taizhou Railway Station, but you may need to add some money for the new ticket (because a part of the train ticket fare at 16:00 should be paid as service charge).0
