About:China Consulate in Houston

F Visa Requirements

I am going to China in January and currently have my passport, application form, invitation letter, accommodation certification letter, and my flight itinerary. Is there anything else needed to apply for the F?

Also, will the China Consulate in Houston indeed be open on Monday, December 30?

I think you already provide the required documents. You can go to Houston Consulate on December 30. It's open that day.
