About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

How can you get information about Shanghai pudong airport when nobody speaks English or you don't find what you are looking for?

Don't you have an information section that can be phoned/dialed/called?
I want to know if I can leave/store luggage there while visiting the city for a day or 2?

I see you told someone to phone the airport for info about storage....How can you do that if the lines are busy all the time? You must have this info online! Or you must answer the question online or by mail.

Yes, it is fine to leave your luggage at the airport for two days. The luggage-left counters can be found both at T1 and T2. The locations are as follows:
T1: between Door 4-5 and Door 10-11, Departure Hall; between Door 6-7, Pick-up Area at the Arrival Hall;
T2: near Door A and Door M of Departure Hall and the international exit of Arrival Hall.

I still want to know the prize and why it's so difficult to contact the airport?
They are not very foreigner friendly!

It charges 20RMB, 25RMB, 35RMB, 45RMB or 50RMB for different sizes of luggage within 10-24 hours. When the storation duration is longer than 24h, they will charge according to the computer bills, automatically accounted.
