Of course not. You can take shuttle bus Night Line to get off at Zhejiang Middle Road (Yan'an Road, People's Square). Then take a taxi to your destination. For the return route, the last train of subway line 2 for the airport leaves around 23:19, but it can only take you to Guanglan Road. For the rest trip from Guanglan Road to PVG, the last train leaves around 22:00. (U should know that you need to change to another train by taking subway line 2 at Guanglan Road). And from East Nanjing Road to Guanglan Road, the subway fare is CNY4/person.
