Supporting documents needed for tourist visa to Hong Kong

I am a Filipino citizen intending to travel to Hong Kong in February 2014 with my US citizen fiancee. We will both be leaving from Manila and intend to stay in Hong Kong for six days. I know that right now visa to Hong Kong is not required but I am wishing to apply for one because I do not want to risk our trip being cancelled in case the visa requirement for Filipinos take effect. We have our plane and hotel reservations already and both are nonredundable. What supporting documents will I need to submit with my visa application? Thank you very much for your time.

You can apply from the Chinese embassy in Philippines or the HK Immigration Department directly. The required documents are your passport, filled ID1003A application form, a recent passport size photo, travel itinerary, flight tickets and financial statement (required sometimes).
