Early ticket sale for Chinese NY 2014

I heard that they have already opened the ticket booking|sale for the spring festival this year? Is it true? If yes, when will it be possible to see the availability of the tickets on your site?

The Spring Festival Rush of 2014 is from Jan.16 to Feb. 24. Tickets availability can be displayed online 20 days before departure. If you'd like to place an order, please do it as early as possible. Tickets during this period could not be guaranteed.
