About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit visa, can we apply for that upon arrival in Guangzhou airport?

I'm Norwegian citizen living in Philippines, and my Filipino wife and I are going to fly from Manila to Amsterdam with a 4 hour transit stop in Guangzhou. Do we need transit visa in Guangzhou?

Both of you don't need to apply for the G type when you transit in Guangzhou.
