To travel between directly, you may have to take a taxi or rent a car, because there is no direct public transportation for the journey. Anyway, it is suggested to take a high-speed train at SH Hongqiao Railway Station to HZ. At HZ Railway Station (Chengzhan), you can take the shuttle bus to Xiaoshan Airport directly then.
