From your hotel, you need to walk to Dongdan Station to take subway line 5 (for Tiantongyuan North) to reach Yonghegong Station and change to line 2 to Jishuitan Station.
Get out of the station and walk to Deshengmen Bus Station. There you can find the bus line 919 to BDL Wall directly.
