About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do all airlines that fly to Beijing know this information?

we have a layover in Doha and we are concerned that there is a possibility that we have a problem with workers in Qatar in Doha stopover if they are not informed about this change of visa regime. What do you suggest to do and who to call in case of such distress? thank you so much for replay

You'd better confirm with the airlines you fly with. I met someone who had trouble when they planned to enjoy 72 hours free transit in PRC. He told me that he confirmed with his airline but the airline told him that they didn't hear about this.
