About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

We had a flight from Malpensa to Zurich to Beijing and Manila. Our luggage was checked in until Manila but never arrived.

The flight until BJ was with Swiss the other with Philippine Airlines. We try to call Philippine Airlines but nobody takes the Telephon. What can we do?
