If you return to HK and then go to Guangxi and Shenzhen from there. You can apply for a new pass from the appointed travel agency in HK. However, it takes 12 working days. Detailed information can be acquired by calling (852) 2998 7888 or sending emails to enquiryctshk.com.

If you don't have time, you can apply for a special travel document from Chinese embassy or consulate in your area, which enables you to visit mainland China directly. You should prepare filled application form (downloaded from the website of Chinese embassy in Australia), two recent photos (48mm×33mm), and original and copies of your previous pass. It takes four working days (2-3 days if you use express service). It costs 35 Australian dollars.
