rc117424236cn. why this package is not sent to the czech republic?

Question

Why  thrice repeatedly Status Opening  and Dispatching and are no location updates for the past 40 days !!!  - since Date 14 Nov  to this day 23 Dec 2013 is my package  in Location Nanjing)  and it's been stuck on the same status. No Delivery to Airport status.
