track NO. RC117424236CN. From Date 14 Nov 2013 to this day 22 Dec 2013 is my item in Location Nanjing

where the item is repeatedly Status Opening and Dispatching – Why this package is not sent to the Czech Republic?

Why thrice repeatedly Status Opening and Dispatching and are no location updates for the past 40 days (since Date 14 Nov to this day 23 Dec 2013) and it's been stuck on the same status. No Delivery to Airport status.
