Ticket delivery to university dormitory

Dear Travel Guide China, I'm about to buy some train ticket, including the Beijing-Hong Kong route, right now I live in a dormitory of Beihang University and I don't have a proper adress therefore I really don't know how to recieve the tickets, any suggestion?
