About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

My SAR passport has been expired since April 2013. Can I renew it online?

I live in Sydney Australia.

SAR passport? Does it refer to HK or Macau SAR passport? If so, you should go to the Chinese embassy in Canada to apply for a new one in person. However, you can consign someone to pick it up on your behalf. Your application will be It can't be processed online. If you want to get back to HK immediately, you should apply for a travel document which can also allows you to go back to HK.

If you mean Australian passport, then you should consult it with your embassy in Canada for details.
