About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can I marry her in PRC?

hi ;i have been to china to meet a chinese lady. i have visa and will return to PRC again soon to be with her .we have been corresponding daily through e-mails and chats. i have a certificate of divorce in canada . is this all i need if we decide to marry in PRC? she lives in nanning.

You should provide your birth certificate, I think. Except for your passport, all other documents should be translated into Chinese by qualified company and get them notarized too. I think you can ask your girl to ask for details from the local civil affairs office on this.
