Is there a Bus from Mengzi to Yuanyang?

Hello, I will travel to Mengzi by train and then heading to yuanyang. Is there any Bus serving this route? And how can I get from Mengzibei Railway Station to the Bus Station? Is it possible to catch a Bus the same day, when i arrive at midday?
