Collecting train ticket in Harbin

I will go to Harbin by airplane on 10 January 2014 in the morning (ETA Harbin Airport 09:20 AM) , and going back with train Z2 from Harbin to Beijing on 12 January 2014. Is there any train ticket booth available for collection at Harbin Airport? If not, can you tell me the nearest place to collect ( I will be staying at Ibis Hotel Harbin).
