About:China Family Reunion Visa

Applying for Q1 on tourist visa

Hi, I'm going to china on a 30 day tourist L. I plan to get married during that time. Can I apply for the Q1 right after that while still in china? Because my tourist L might only have 1 week left by the time I'm married.

You have to exit the mainland and apply for it in China from L to Q1. Besides of that, Q1 needs the proof of the marriage certificate.

Apply for it in Hongkong ( not the mainland China).

After you married with your marriage certificate you can obtain 30days Q2
