Hi, my tracking number RB781636289CN. 3 manth I waiting my product, but product 3 months in one locatin TIANJIN..... Why ?
I from Lithuania It's europe. In my local office didin't see information about my order. Can you help me to know there me product? Can you contact China post and to know that problem is ? RB781636289CN

Hi, it is so strange that there is no update since Nov. 7. But it is hard to locate ur parcel. Maybe you have to wait! Anyway, you may try to contact China Post by dialing 86-11185 to consult further.
