About:Chinese Embassy in Myanmar

Is the embassy in Mandalay open for visa application between 25-12 and 2-1-2014?

Sorry, I didn't find any holiday arrangement on the official website of Chinese embassy and consualte in Mandalay. You'd better confirm this with the embassy directly.
