How to fill the passport

last week ,my husband losed his possport in los angeles. we can't found it.so how to fill one? it is diffcult to fill?so, what should we do? canyou tell me ? thank you very much!!

Are you a Chinese? If so, you should go to the nearest Chinese consulate and apply for a new one. It takes some time to process your application. If you are in a hurry, you might apply for a travel document and go back to PRC.

thanks for answer,yes we are chinese..i and my husband is dallas now,the nearest chinese consulate in houston ,but my friend said there is diffcult to fill the possport.so we want to go back to los angeles after 4 or5 months,,than we fill it.so it will be late? and we have the possport copy now.what documents we need?

Hi, sorry for late reply, have you get your new passport? as I know, you need to fill a application form, provide 2 passport-sized colored photo, copy of old passport, Chinese ID if any, US visa or copy and a written report of passport loss.
