How do I visit Huang Shan from Shanghai? Do you recommend join a tour group in Shanghai?

Hi, you can take a direct bus at the local South Long-distance Bus Station to Huangshan Scenic Area. It is not necessary to join a tour. Actually, you can visit by yourself.

Personally, Sep. to Nov. is the best time to visit.
