About:China Private Visit Visa

I am OZ citzen, also hold a valid chinese passport, do I need visa to vist China?

I plan to visit my dad (cinese citzen), soon, do i need apply as an Australian citzen, and which type I need, Q1 or Q2, do I need invitation letter ?

If you already become an Australian, your Chinese passport will not be allowed to use. China doesn't acknowledge dual citizenship. Therefore, you should apply for the Q1 or Q2 as an Australian.

Except for the invitation letter from your dad, a kinship certificate is required for Q1. Also a copy of your dad's ID card is a must for both Q1 and Q2.
