About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

What to do if my country is not listed?

Im travelling from Canada going to Manila with 13 hours layover. I hold Philippine passport and travelling with my partner who is Canadian citizen. What do i need to do to be able to roam around Shanghai during our stopover? If i require visa, are you able to refer me here in Canada?

If you just transit less than 24 hours in Shanghai, I don't think you will apply for the G type because you are eligible for 24 hours free transit.
