when is the bestsafest dates to travel by coach from chengdu to jiuzhaigou?

I am planning to go to visit Jiuzhaigou next year.  Would like to know the road conditions (are the roads from CD to Jiuzhaigou wide and winding?).   Are the roads slippery at the end of April?  Which dates is much better & safer to go?  Is it beginning or end of April or early May?Thank you.Mdm. Alice Ang

April and May is the Spring time for the valley, so please do not worry about the road issue. If there is no rain, there is no road problems on the way, so please do not worry. it is suggested to watch the weather forecast and pick up a sunny day to visit that place.

It is deep in the mountains , usually it start to snow on OCt,travel by bus will need to climb over at least two to three  mountain peeks over 3500m above sea level , most section of the road were build by exploding an Eedge on the clif.  You'll travel with the rocks stretching over your head off and on. It worth it . Bring more clothes
