Can we obtain visas with British passports from Manila and how much?

I am travelling to the Philippines in April 2014 and then intend to tour your great city Beijing flying from Manila.I wanted to take 6 other members of my family with Philippine passports and applied for a visa altogether when we arrived..Is this possible? Thank you
