I will have lay over in Shanghai from 7 am-1 pm, How can I get around to sight see the city?

I will travel with kids & don't want to stuck in the airport too long. So I want to take Maglev to the Bund, is it possible for 2-4 hours round trip to back to Pudong Airport?

The Maglev train at the airport only take you to Longyang Road(10 minutes), from there you can take subway line 2 (Xujingdong direction) for 6 stops and get off at Nanjing East Road (exit 7, about 30 minutes), then walk to the Bund.
