About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Can i apply for a visitors visa for my husband or does he physically need to come to the application centre and apply himself.

You can submit his application instead of him, which means he needn't come there in person.

Besides the application , visitors letter, passport, Singapore pass... is there anything else I need to bring to show his ID?
