About:Beijing Travel

England - Beijing - HK, does this enjoy 72 hours free visa policy?

I am planning to fly from England to Hong Kong via BJ, then return from Hong Kong via BJ to London.
Am I be able to enjoy the 72 hours free visa on both outbound and inbound trips?
