Requirements for Q1 application.

I am Indonesian passport,my husband is chinese citizen. we were married in USA,and have two sons, born in USA too.I and my sons Indonesia passport now, we live in china for five as L and extend every years ,but this the law changes, in this case,I want to apply Q1 family visa ,but they request my USA married certificate,and my sons births certificate notarize,I ve try already in USA embassy in HK,but they said I much have USA passport. I am in Indonesia,now.where can I notarize or legalitation all certificate in indonesia,and in china will they accept if After I notarize in Indonesia...
