I made my order at 15 November 2013 -  tracking number RC282799191CNAnd now I would like to know why i didn't received my parcel till now  , and it still since 20 days in the same status : PEK NULL ( since 27 November 2013 till now  ) you are kindly requested to follow it and to reply .Thank you in advance for your full assistance

Sorry to tell you that there is still nothing new online. Anyway, generally, it won't take over a week to depart from the airport to overseas. Therefore, by now, it should be on the way to your country, even to your local post office. Just wait!
