Dear sirs ; tracking number RC282799191CN

I made my order at 15 November 2013 - tracking number RC282799191CN
And now I would like to know why i didn't received my parcel till now ,
and it still since 20 days in the same status : PEK NULL ( since 27 November 2013 till now )
you are kindly requested to follow it and to reply .

Sorry to tell you that there is still nothing new online. Anyway, generally, it won't take over a week to depart from the airport to overseas. Therefore, by now, it should be on the way to your country, even to your local post office. Just wait!
