About:China Postal Service

RC282799191CN I Made my Order on 15 November 2013 since 60 days .

I'M sorry for bothering you, but since my Parcel was at the Airport since 27 November 2014 = since 49 days and as promised that my Parcel RC282799191CN Will arrive to Lebanon on 16 January 2014 , till now i didn't receive it . and no activities on it , the procedures are the same till 27 November 2013 .
i would like to know if this delay is normal ?? and i need to know if i will receive it or not because it's not logical that the parcel stay 49 days at Transit . you are kindly to detect and to tell me if it will arrive or shall i make a dispute for it .

Hi, you will receive it at last, although it did take such a long time. You can go to the local post office for a trial check.

You are not allowed to mention that the order is FINISHED because we still in Negotiation and from 15 November 2013 and till now 22/1/2014 i didn't receive my parcel she still at Airport as status since 27/11/2013 .
please solve the problem because i want my parcel or refund my money .

I'm still waiting for your offer concerning my dispute for my order tracking number RC282799191CN
because till now i didn't receive any other new offer from you
till now i didn't receive my parcel and i don't know why till now .
It's not correct to mention that this order is finished.
please check and solve this problem- and reply
