Question

I'M sorry for bothering you, but since my Parcel was at the Airport since 27 November 2014 = since 49 days and  as promised that my Parcel RC282799191CN Will arrive to Lebanon on 16 January 2014 , till now i didn't receive it . and no activities on it , the procedures are the same till 27 November 2013 .i would like to know if this delay is normal ?? and i need to know if i will receive it or not because it's not logical that the parcel stay 49 days at Transit . you are kindly to detect and to tell me if it will arrive or shall i make a dispute for it .Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, you will receive it at last, although it did take such a long time. You can go to the local post office for a trial check.
