About:FAQ on China Postal Service

when will my item arrive in my country

I've ordered an item to china since 15days now. they told me departure from outward of office exchange. It was from Shenzhen now I see the the items arrived at Shanghai airport I don't understand. Was is supposed to be out of the country by now?

Hi could u tell me when it was delivered to airport?
After delivery to airport it should take about a week and half for it to arrive. It's peak season so it might take longer.

It was delivery to Shanghai airport on December 7th
