can i claim my ticket?

hello, I am pregnant n when I was going to Delhi airport , I get seek n been in hospital . due this reason I get late for airport. check in was close one hours before flying . they told me it was close 15 mins before n they cannot open it gain . so pls let me know that can I claim my new ticket?
